Sales and Installation Agreement

Sunny Day Solar uses the Clean Energy Council (CEC) Sales and Installation Agreement for residential solar sales.

To obtain a copy tailored to your quote, please contact us on +61 406 393 776 or email sunnydaysolar22@gmail.com.

For general enquiries about the CEC template, call the CEC on 03 9929 4195.

Our agreements and proposals are aligned with the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC), including clear disclosures on system design, components, pricing, incentives, grid connection responsibilities, timeframes, warranties, and variation processes.

Key NETCC Disclosures (Summary)

  • Itemised pricing (incl. GST), and assignment/eligibility of STCs or other rebates.
  • Site-specific design: capacity, components (make/model), and performance assumptions.
  • Responsibilities for approvals, metering, and grid connection; realistic timeframes.
  • Variation process for unforeseen site conditions; no extra charges without consent.
  • Product and workmanship warranties, claim process, and response timeframes.
  • Payment schedule with no requirement for full payment before practical completion.
  • Complaints handling and external escalation to your state energy ombudsman.

A contract pack reflecting these terms will accompany your formal quote for acceptance.

Pricing Disclaimer

Pricing and offers apply to single-storey homes within Perth metro and selected WA regions.

Estimates vary by property characteristics (e.g., double-storey, roof type, access).

Advertised prices include applicable federal and/or state incentives (such as STCs) and are subject to confirmation upon site inspection and final design approval.

Final quotes reflect site-specific factors, confirmed rebates, and installation conditions.
